Sarah’s Sacred Journey
Sarah was born highly intuitive, empathic and creative.
At a very young age she could sense and feel energy without any words being spoken. Sarah held a strong desire to nurture those around her and felt passionate about helping others. She was always drawn to the unseen worlds. Despite this she did not fully understand her spiritual experiences until later years of life.
Her mother often purchased crystals and worry dolls to comfort her as a child due to her spiritual experiences. Sarah frequently turned to the crystal kingdom for support in her journey but didn't realise where this connection would lead her.
Pictured is some of Sarah's drawings completed at the age of twelve. These Ancestors, Elders and Spirit Animals now hold sacred space protecting The Zen Den.
In 2019, when Sarah was expecting her first child she opened an art business. This eventually led her to intuitive art, where she channeled messages coming through for clients and combined these custom art pieces in alignment with crystals as a means of art therapy & healing for them.
In her mid-late twenties Sarah encountered a sequence of challenging experiences which ultimately opened the doors to the path she was born to follow. These challenges provided her with the opportunity for growth as she journeyed inwards and gained greater self-awareness. This rapidly increased her conscious awareness and still continues to. It was though the journey of self-discovery and creative self-expression that awakened her psychic and mediumship abilities once more.
Naturally she was connected to nature but this experience formed an incredible bond with Mother Earth, energy and frequency vibrations, including sound therapy. Sarah was finally aware of why she had such a strong desire to be of service to others, and The Zen Den was born!
Sarah has undergone training in Usui Reiki, Crystal Healing, Crystal Singing Bowls, The Medicine Drum & continues to explore ancient forms of healing.
As she continues her journey, she is constantly being guided in new directions to be of service to the community.
